When investing in a moisturizing lotion you should check the ingredients of the lotion.  Best lotion for eczema would contain substances which are not harmful and also have no strong smell or synthetic color. This is another type of prescribed medication. Immunomodulators can be used directly on the affected area.  A few common ones available in the market are Elidel and Protopic. These reduce eczema flare ups and affect the immunity system of the patient’s body. FDA has approved its usage only in cases when other treatments have failed for the patient suffering from eczema.

Here is a lotion which can be used to treat eczema skin conditions. You would need emulsifying wax, essential oil, olive oil and water.
